Size S fits 73–87 cm (28.8–34.1 in), M fits 90–100 cm (35.4–39.3 in), and L fits 103–113 cm (40.6–44.6 in). Center the back panel over the lumbar area, wrap and fasten the belt, then pull both adjustment handles outward and secure them at the front.
